Dubai or the United States? What to compare before you decide.
Patients from Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman ask us one question first: why fly to Los Angeles when Dubai is close? Here is what treatment with us costs, how many trips it takes, how the visa works, and what to ask any clinic, wherever you are treated.
Your consultation, including a 3D X-ray (CT scan), is free.
Send photos if you have them. Either way, we reply with a cost. No obligation.

Distance is one question. It is not the only one.
Dubai has many well-equipped clinics, and it is a shorter flight from the Gulf. What we offer a patient who flies to us is a different way of working: one doctor plans and carries out the whole case, our own master ceramist builds the porcelain by hand, and you wear the design in your own mouth and approve it before anything is permanent.
Everyone pays the same price, wherever they travel from. Flights and accommodation are yours to arrange.
What treatment costs, in US dollars.
| Treatment | Price | What the price includes |
|---|---|---|
| Porcelain veneers, four | $16,000 - $18,000 | The design, temporary veneers worn and adjusted until you approve them, and the final porcelain |
| Porcelain veneers, ten | $24,000 - $28,000 | As for four veneers |
| Single implant with crown | $7,000 | The extraction, any socket graft, the temporary tooth and the custom shade-matched crown |
| Full arch on implants, per arch | $19,000, $24,000 or $34,000 | Surgery, IV sedation, extractions, temporary teeth and follow-up visits until the final teeth |
| Wisdom teeth, all four | $3,500 | IV sedation, in one appointment |
Each case is quoted as a whole, in writing, before you agree to treatment. Financing is available.

Visas and the visa letter.
Citizens of Qatar can travel to the United States for up to 90 days under the Visa Waiver Program, with an approved ESTA. Citizens of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman need a visitor visa.
If you need a visa, we provide a letter for your application, signed by Dr. Mehdizadeh, once your first appointment is booked. The decision on the visa rests with the United States authorities.
Time zones, Ramadan and language.
The video call. The Gulf states are 10 to 12 hours ahead of Los Angeles, so a morning call here falls in your evening. Call us on +1 310 770 3335, or message us on WhatsApp at the same number.
Ramadan. If your dates fall during Ramadan, tell us when we plan them. The fasting before sedation and the timing of medication after surgery are planned around it.
Language. Our team works in English, and we work with Arabic-speaking patients through translation often. A family member who speaks English is welcome on the video call and at every appointment. This site is also in Arabic.
Before, and after.
Every smile on this site was made here: our patients, our laboratory, our work.

One doctor, from consultation to final teeth.
Dr. Mehdizadeh makes the diagnosis, performs any surgery and designs the teeth, and our own master ceramist makes them. A patient who has flown a long way spends every trip in one office, with no work sent elsewhere between appointments.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is treatment in the United States more expensive than in Dubai?
Our prices are published on this page and on each treatment page, in US dollars, for the whole case. Compare the total for the whole case, and what it includes, with any quote you receive.
How many trips will I need?
Veneers take two trips, of 5 nights and then 3 nights, 4 to 8 weeks apart. A single implant takes two trips, about 2 to 4 months apart. All four wisdom teeth take one trip of 2 to 3 nights.
Do I need a visa?
Citizens of Qatar can travel under the Visa Waiver Program with an approved ESTA. Citizens of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman need a visitor visa. We provide a signed letter for your application once your first appointment is booked.
Do I have to commit before my first trip?
No. Photos and a video call are enough for a written estimate from us. Dr. Mehdizadeh makes the diagnosis in person at the start of the first trip, and you agree to the written plan only after you have seen it.
Can you replace work done in Dubai or elsewhere?
Yes. We find out why the first work failed before anything is replaced, then replace what needs replacing.
Is the price different for patients from abroad?
No. Everyone pays the same price, wherever they travel from.
