Treatment planning, clinical care, and the fabrication of restorations in our on-site dental laboratory are handled internally. We use your health information for billing and to obtain payment for the services we provide. If you ask us to file a claim with your dental or medical benefit plan, we will share only the information necessary to process that claim.
