Services
Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry
Procedures performed at this practice, from single-tooth restorations to full mouth rehabilitation.
Porcelain Veneers
Thin porcelain shells bonded to the front of teeth to correct discoloration, wear, chips, gaps, and minor alignment issues. Each veneer is fabricated in-house to match the patient’s tooth anatomy in shade, texture, and translucency.

Learn More →All-on-4 Dental Implants
Four implants per arch support a fixed full-arch prosthesis, replacing removable dentures with a permanent restoration. Provisional teeth can be placed the same day as implant surgery.
Learn More →Sedation Dentistry
IV and oral sedation available for surgical procedures, lengthy restorative appointments, and patients with dental anxiety. IV sedation certification from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Learn More →Wisdom Teeth Removal

Multidisciplinary Training
Dr. Mehdizadeh holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University and completed a general practice residency focused on comprehensive restorative care. Subsequent training spans implantology and bone grafting at Loma Linda University and UCLA, fixed prosthodontics under Mauro Fradeani in Italy, periodontal microsurgery with Hürzeler and Zuhr in Munich, and IV sedation certification from the University of Alabama. This training across surgery, prosthodontics, and implantology means that procedures requiring gum surgery, bone grafting, implant placement, and final restoration are planned and executed by a single provider — eliminating referral chains and maintaining treatment continuity from start to finish.
In-House Laboratory and Digital Planning
An on-site master ceramist and dental laboratory allow restorations to be designed, fabricated, and refined through direct doctor-technician collaboration rather than outsourced lab work. CBCT imaging, digital smile design, and computer-guided surgical planning are used for diagnostic accuracy and treatment predictability. The 17 case studies on this page document real procedures performed at this practice, with before-and-after photography and clinical rationale for each treatment decision.
